So in 24 hours Dirrell has gone from maybe not being able to fight again to now..

Considering it takes waaay over 10 years to become a neurologist and they are some of the most busy people on the planet swamped with all that work, it's highly unlikely you, or anyone else, goes to a boxing gym with a brain doctor. I did live across the street from a rocket scientist once, fact.

the only thing that makes sense at this point is to just have ward fight abraham as a final, let froch fight the winner

Thy couldn't agree on money, Dirrell wanted more than what he could get didn't he? plus he probably knew he was going to get his ass handed to him... then they pull that card out?

No nothing to do with money that was decided at the start of the event. He signed at the start of the event over a year ago knowing he was fighting Ward and for how much, it is all down to circumstances this fight makes no sense to Dirrell now, he can let Ward go on and in his eyes hopefully win the whole thing and they can fight for much more money in the future, anyone who thinks Dirrell is injured is out there with the fairys.
