One of my college buddies had one with the straight-6 in it that he wanted to sell me. ($900.) the tranny was crap. I would have had to change the motor mounts to get a real muscle engine in it so I passed and got a Ford turbo Capri. I was infatuated with the turbos then. In hindsight even as a clone would fetch a fair price ($20K-$35K). I'm considering a chevelle malibu right now. A project SS Clone car for my son. $2K all original but with the smaller 307.Quote:
