Was waiting for this... Do you have ANY idea how much energy constantly moving your feet like that takes? Calling it running or what every you want but constantly evading and bumping shoulders with a bigger guy takes a lot.
Re: Haye proved a few things
"For all his talk, I see Haye trying to be elusive and staying on the outside, so I'm going for a Wlad knockout in the middle to late rounds or a fairly comfortable points victory."
That's how I called it on here yesterday.;D
And I didn't even know anything about the broken toe!

Did I call it or did I call it?
I'll start it, although I did pick Wlad to win.
The only people that were right were the ones that called a PTS win. Hardly anyone.
Lyle you got this more wrong than anyone. Wlad didn't fight any more aggressive than his norm. Same old, same old. He's only not getting stick because of the Haye fest ;)
Are you kidding man? I called Haye a fraud over 2 years ago and I said Wlad would have no trouble beating him (though I hadn't predicted a points win) but still I called it.
....And people said Chisora was going to be a bad fight. I bet Derek would have put up a better fight than Haye.
Virtually everyone on earth called a Wlad win from day one. Big deal. He was the favourite.
You've spent two years predicting a simple KO win. You've also been constantly predicting a more aggressive, exciting Wlad. It was far from that. Wlad couldn't even hurt him. Even Monte Barrett floored Haye, right? Hilarious.

Yes you did. You genius you, you agreed with what all the press and book makers and the majority on this forum, predicted. Wow you God of boxing knowledge you
Didn't you say wlad would win by ko?
Re: Haye proved a few things
;D Lyle please say you havent requested a praise me thread for 'calling' this fight.
Re: Haye proved a few things
He couldn't back his own shit. That's what he proved.
Re: Haye proved a few things
He didn't prove much about his stamina. He only threw 290 punches!!!!
He proved he could survive, nothing more. He did almost nothing after round 4 (until the final round). He had success in rounds 3 and 4. Instead of trying to win the fight and up the attack at some point, he was happy to survive and try to minimize getting hit for rounds 5-11.
290 punches. What is the last fight that went 12 rounds and you recall a guy only throwing 290 punches??? That is a pathetic total. It is double what he threw against Valuev, but it is still pathetic.
He landed 57 punches. 57 punches and people think he did well. Most of the right hands didn't land clean or at all. He landed 4-5 good right hands in 12 rounds.
He pulled one over on all his fans and why not? You guys are still delusional and believing the bullshit he sells.
