Floyd must fight twice a year

i agree with the OP. the world will end late 2012.

will never fight with that frequency.

Floyd does need to fight more often just to stay sharp and seasoned but he also has brittle hands and if the opponent is not challenging enough he could lose because he is unmotivated. He does need to stay busy because if he does not he just ends up getting in trouble, so it makes sense if he did fight twice a year.

Bingo. The irony, I suspect, is that if he did fight more often people would be less inclined to buy his fights. Clearly he is a douchebag but so are most fighters really, the more I read the average boxing fans opinion the more I respect his career choices in truth. Still amazes me that people blame him for the Pacquaio fight falling through, when Mannys out was a multi million dollar fear of needles.
