Love him or hate him....Anthony Mundine is/was pretty evasive. Shoulder roll worked quite well for him.
Re: "Slickest" Non-American Boxers
Nelson was a premier offensive/defense tight fighter....Luis Rodriquez was as awkward slick with sharp hands as they came.
Re: "Slickest" Non-American Boxers
JCC, Senior, had some pretty slick moves. In particular, watch the Rosario fight, and how he'd disrupt Rosario's right hand by by bumping his Rosario's right elbow with his left glove.

1969/70 Featherweight champion Johnny Famechon had all the defensive skills, ducking, weaving, speed and was a superb counter puncher with a lightening jab.Very similar fighter to Pernell Whitaker, broad shoulders and very slick. 67 fights and was never knocked out. Jose Legra couldn't work him out and Fighting Harada failed twice. He lost to Saldivar in a controversy, Saldivar barely laid a glove on him during the whole fight!
Re: "Slickest" Non-American Boxers
Joe Calzaghe comes to mind.. I didnt appreciate him enough while he was around but after studying his career set for long hours, I now realize what a great fighter he was.. like really really underrated in so many ways.. He was one of the few white fighters who fought like a black man in terms of rhytm and slickness.. He had this odd rhytm that was hard to adjust to for most fighters...
Calzaghe was slick as they come.. he fought like a black man...
