The better question is why Floyd won't even fight Pac's leftovers (Cotto, Margarito, Clottey .... okey, the later is a joke). And he makes them go up to his weight (Hatton, Marquez) and then would not even make the contracted weight.
I don't like Floyd but if he feels the need to party, he doesn't have to explain himself to anyone unless he's getting an attack of low self esteem. Although I can't stand him, he is one slick fighter in that square arena. Just show up in top shape and if you lose at least I already know that this mutha will go down swinging.
I read in a news article that it was in the official court records submitted by Mayweather's Atty's. I say if it doesn't have a dated marketing/business plan documents to back up the claim, the judge will just say, "please" i.e. "do you really expect me to beleive that?"Quote:
