Time line doesn't add up.. against Gatti, Cotto and hatton was there to scout Floyd but by the 4th round, Cotto's face was all pale and shit as if he's seen a ghost.. Homey went to scout, instead, he looked scared shitless watching gatti take a beating and changed his mind quick.. Floyd did call him out but then Cotto's camp claimed that he's still " GREEN " and declined the fight..
Floyd didnt duck anybody..
I dont think it even reached a table conference did it? I know there was talk in each camp and on forums etc. I know from Kostyas that it was one of his all time dream fights but I thought Hatton was sealed and signed way after.
I cant remember kostya having a choice between Hatton and Floyd at that time, I thought Floyd had already skipped over 140 at that stage?
Timings a real bitch sometimes and at other times its a useful excuse and saves face.
In hindsight though, I think Floyd would have won.

I thought that there were rumours of him being scheduled to fight Kostyas 'after' he beat Hatton. Whether that was true or not I dont know, but I was always under the impression that Floyd's sole reason for moving through the weights so fast was to fight ODLH as soon as he could?

fighting and winning against a badly faded De La Hoya dont mean shit. so pull yer tongue outta gayweathers butthole.
