I wish Pavlik would have stuck to his guns. If he really felt like he wasn't getting paid enough and was getting jerked around then I could respect that.

But, to come out now and practically beg for a fight makes him look like an idiot.

I think it's more about the fact that he acknowledges that he didn't do it right. It would have made sense to fight Cunningham, win, and then stand back and say he wanted more money to fight Bute. To back out of the Cunningham fight with only one week before the fight over money was a weak move.

Margarito loaded his gloves like a bitch and got a ton of cash and a title shot for it , if anything pavlik is crazy for apologizing and saying he'd accept anything less than what that prick got

It's hard to take anything Pavlik says seriously these days, I believe his chances of coming back and being a force in boxing are null.
