Nishioka allegedly wants a little time off before the Donaire fight so we should expect that in June with an Arce fight in the beginning of the year, but Arce is who he should be facing now because the outcome will be the same - another easy win for the Flash. Frankly, he needs to step up the competition sooner than later. I favor him over Nishioka, but it's a good test to gauge where he's at.
If you haven't already, go check out the KO of Hernan Tyson Marquez. That uppercut was deadly. I actually see this fight being a little like that one but Donaire has got better since Marquez so I bet he knocks Narvaez out earlier.

There's a good article on Omar Narvaez. It convinced me a little that he has a slightly better chance than I originally gave him.

I really don't know, Montiel and Darchinyan were big challenges, even though Narvaez has a fine record in title fights, he doesn't appear to be much of a threat in this one. Donaire just seems to be on a different level, I hope i'm wrong and we see a competitive fight saturday, on paper at least, it looks to be a good matchup.Quote:

There's dishing out a beating, and then there's the kind of surgical punishment that requires a scalpel and a saline drip! I'm not predicting that crushing a defeat for Donaire though, as Narvaez is tough and compact, and won't be easy to break down.Quote:
