It is quite true that having a shit has never been the topic of one of my own threads. In that sense it probably is quite taboo. It's such a boring, nondescript process though. I go in there trying to evacuate some waste and then get on with the day. It's amazing how much the body decides is useless. You eat healthily and still you are pooing like mad come morning. Does the body just arbitrarily decide to kick out half of whatever it is you consume? Scientists tell us that our bodies need all these things, but who's to say my body doesn't just chuck out my morning vitamin pill every 3 days as that is in the half/out dump. The digestive system contains a questionable scientific system IMO.

Genuinely I have thought about that too. I go way too often and wonder if my body just rejects nearly all the good I put in it. Maybe your's does too Miles and that is way you don't gain weight. Our digestive computers are programmed badly. Maybe.
