Eubank while not having the best record did more for British boxing than these super middles like JC and Froch ever did. Those were exciting times! Eubank understood the buisness side of things and developed a gimmick with his charisma. Bit like wrestling. Everyone wants to see the good guy vs ths bad guy. Not two charisma-voids like most fighters that came after him..JC used to bitch and moan about not being popular but nobody was ever emotionally invested in him.

You got to remember eubank was on itv and never travelled to countries to fight at 3am and that's likely a big factor, everyday people arnt interested in it anymore.

This is where Eubanks will get his son on mainstream TV and build a big fan base. His son is already using the same entertainment PR that his dad did.
