My 9 second fight..

In boxing..the examination is given FIRST and the lessons taught AFTERWARD. Get a good trainer and take some time to learn those lessons....and don't lose heart over this...it happens. I attended a fight one night where the fighter in the blue corner ran toward the other fighter at the bell, and gave a one punch knock out......and that was under 9 seconds. The loser was an experienced fighter, and for some reason acted like he was in shock, just standing there and letting it happen.

Yeah i know i havent been worrying about it. i kinda forgot what my plan was to win when i saw the whole crowd, was my first fight, 600+ people watching scared me.
