Could already be in your system recovery space. You can turn system recovery off. Restart your computer in safe mode, scan your computer. After the virus is removed, restart in normal mode and turn back on your system recovery. If they come back again, you may already have a rootkit installed. Google the trojan name + removal + root kit to get a specific solution.Quote:

Its 61-2-8091-5001 the chicks name was Trica who handled the call I could ringing it on my free time get their email address somehow.

mate mass email sending and virus spamming won't be a problem for these guy... I get about 2 thousand+ emails a day to my email account and most of them have virus's attached to them.Quote:

Cool cheers, I actually wrote an email to Microsoft today telling them they are using their name in the hard sell and gave them the phone number and said if I look back through my history i can find the site if they want it.

I am still having problems which is why I have not posted on here! :mad:
I actually re-booted the computer to its original settings, could not find the recovery disk. Really annoying but I was not going to pay these guys for something they probably put on my system and I can do myself. I have down loaded the links you gave me as well and all seems well for the time being.
This is the equivalent of a window company telling local kids to smash windows and picking up the business that they have caused.

Those pricks are using the Microsoft name. Hello Im from Windows is what they first say.. then when you ask them again where are yo from? they say : "Havent you heard of Microsoft Windows?" What support do you use?" etc etc :mad:

I have had to boot (start from scratch) about 2-3 times because of viruses.
I am considered computer savvy by my family and friends.
It happens to us all.
