Never mind the TV programmes, Watchmen, The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, Preacher and - most of all - The Boys are superb and are well worth reading
Dont get snobby about the fact they are comics, they are as complex and well written as any great book!

The Boys (TV show and comic) is/ was fantastic. Garth Ennis had some really good (and weird) content. I also remember ready a series called Irredeemable that had a similar story line.

I am collecting Marvel Ultimate's which is an alternative universe from mainstream comic. They are Black Panther, Wolverine and Spiderman which are very good.
@TIC the crossover Deadpool v Batman looks good, do you know if that will happen?
