....Dawson also has the Peter Manfredo/Luis Collazo fucked up grill going for him too, so yeah, he's going to lose because Ward will be encouraged to hit Chad hard enough and as many times as it takes to try and straighten those bastards out.

Ward will attack Dawson like he did Kessler! With heavy hitters he will get up close like against froch and green.
Dawson has the whole toolbox set except for the heart. For this sole reason, I wouldn't bet a dime on him.
This is a very exciting fight between two elite boxers. The majority of people pick Ward on the cards and I have a hard time not agreeing with them. Ward has the weight and fight location in his favor. Dawson has faced better competition. His biggest win, over Hopkins, is better than any win on Ward's CV. Without the Pascal blemish, Dawson would be undefeated. Ward hasn't fought anyone with as much hand speed as Dawson. I root for Dawson.
Heard some interesting things about Dawson. Most of it coming from the Iceman John Scully. He put on a great interview over at our radio show and told a few things about Dawsons previous training camps which I didn't know, about how short they always were. I think 3 or 4 weeks for Pascal. He didn't seem too dedicated.
I quite fancy him against Ward.
The interview is here somewhere just after 17 minutes if you wanna skip....

On this forum someone said Miranda knocked down Dawson during sparring.
Are they showing the fight on UK TV?
yes mate on sky sports!
I hope that I'm wrong, but I have a feeling that the Ward/Dawson fight is going to be a boring stinker. :fart2:
I think Molina/DeMarco just might be the fight of the night.
I agree but sometimes I wonder if its heart or some kind of attention disorder. Like Judah its as if he starts to watch the fight instead of fight it. This could be a dud but it could also turn out to be a pretty dam good technical boxing match. Ward has never faced a southpaw with Chads skill level. The question of course for me is weight. After being at 175 for 6 years he would have put on muscle mass that stayed unlike Pascal who jumped back and forth constantly. I don't really think the weight is a big deal for the two classes unless you stay to long in one. Dawson could make history here and in many ways is in a no lose situation. Nobody in history has done this before Jones/Ruiz not withstanding. I just think its going to weaken him. If he pulls it out against this opponent it would be monumental.
I love ICE CREAM
That's what I think too Diane, both DeMarco and Molina will be bringing it, and it's a good matchup, I give DeMarco the edge, but Molina will make it competitive.
I'll definitely be watching Molina vs DeMarco, it remains to be seen how much of SOG vs Dawson I can stomach. Lucas Matthysse vs Ajose Olusegun will be on about the same time on Showtime, so chances are, i'll end up watching that instead.
