Why is Ward so against Froch-Kessler 2??

I like froch but ward had his number in that fight. I am sure froch has a better chance than anyone in winning the rematch but while thats not happening, ward needs to stay busy and keep fighting.

At least ward is prepared to give rematches and the win over southpaw dawson was quite an impressive fight.

Dawson is not crap.

Bute could never beat dawson.

ward has ducked no one and froch hasnt either.

I like both fighters but ward had frochs number.
Froch also had issues with dirrell..ward is a stronger version.

You know why Froch exposed Bute? Cuz he got to him first. I have no doubt Ward and Kessler would of done the the exact same thing if they would of got to him first. And on the flip side I can't see Froch beating Dawson the way Ward did. I can't see Froch beating Dawson period.

I think Froch kicks the shit out of him and also agree that Bute beats Kessler. It just kills me how fast boxers get written off today. It's almost trend like. "Exposed" and "overrated" passed around like pot at a Grateful Dead concert.

Bute lost a fight against another top fighter. It was his first fight away and in hostile territory and he had a melt down. Its not the first time it has happened and it wont be the last. I'm unsure as to the reasoning behind going up to 175 unless he plans on staying. I have seen nothing in the media about why the rematch clause was not used. That Grachev fight did nothing to improve his shattered confidence. My only fear is that he could be mentally done.

that's strange cause he hasn't had much to contribute to this conversation.

And Ward can shut up anyway he's pulled out of the Pavlik fight because he needs shoulder surgery. He will also be out for a while recovering so I doubt he will have a big names rematch for his return fight. I doubt Froch or Kessler will fight Ward in 2013, it just does depend on the recovery period for Ward though.

Ward strength is very decieving and he is alot stronger and tougher than people think he is.

Im a fan of froch but the smart move for him is to fight ward at the end of 2014...in the meantime he can fight bute, kessler and possibly dirrell.

I don't hate ward I respect him as a champion, he put on a hell of a performance against Froch. But I just don't understand why he has a problem with the Froch-Kessler rematch especially when he is injured himself. I think whoever does win between Froch-Kessler does deserve a rematch against Ward considering there isn't that much at 175 and Ward doesn't want to move up anyway. So it completely makes sense for a rematch.

Froch would do a lot better in a rematch against Ward especially if he can get Ward to come to the UK for the fight. But if the fight is in the states again I don't think Froch would have a chance really. I don't think the rematch should happen as late as 2014, Froch will be older by then and I think he wouldn't be as good as he is now if he leaves it that late.

Froch needs to fight Kessler, then Bute and then hopefully by then Ward is ready again. I don't see the point in Froch fighting Dirrell again, Dirrell hasn't done anything for ages and it wouldn't prove much. Froch has domestic options like Degale and Groves which would be massive here in the UK, but I doubt Froch wants to bother with the younger fighters this late in his career, but who knows what will happen. Bute said that he might want one more fight before Froch as well, i hope he does have that fight.

in fact i think butes bodyshots would be the difference when fighting a weight drained fighter

at light heavy dawson would be a strong favourite to beat bute
