Dawson, Hopkins, Cloud, Shumanov, Pascal, Campillo? Maybe call out a decent Light-Heavyweight?
I like Cleverly. He was progressing nicely but his opposition has gotten worse since winning the belt. Frank needs to stop talking and start making decent fights. You can't harp on about Nathan being ready for the best and then sign to fight Tom Karpency. Saying Froch will duck Cleverly though is absolutely laughable. Froch is levels above him, and his opposition is on a higher level than Nathan. Plus Froch will make alot more money elsewhere.
Why wouldn't time by right for the Bellew rematch? Seriously, what else has he got going on?
and on clev v bellew, i am of the opinion it would be better when after bellew progresses a little bit more
although if the fight happened now i would definately be watching
Re: Warren: Froch-Kessler is good, but Froch-Cleverly is better
Since the Bellew fight, which he arguably lost, Cleverly has fought Tommy Karpency and Shawn Hawk. Two of the WORST "world" title defenses of all-time.
Clev is the one that needs to progress a bit.

progress in terms of ability perhaps
in terms of rankings / standings there is a bit of a gap in clevs favour
plus im not sure how edison miranda would fair against clevs last 2 defences, yeah they were shit names but miranda isnt the fighter he was

he has tried and failed with more than one of those fighters
clev v froch would generate lots of pounds
why not try?
For Cleverly it would. Froch can make alot more money fighting Super-Middleweights.
Also, he has only tried to secure a Hopkins fight. Again, it does nothing for Hopkins beating Cleverly because he hasn't proved a damn thing.
Also, Boxrec has Bellew higher in the world rankings.

Clev has never fought a single fighter that has fought for a "world" title let alone won one. Karpency just got destroyed in 7.
Miranda, although past his best, is the best opponent either has faced.
Re: Warren: Froch-Kessler is good, but Froch-Cleverly is better
By the way - I too would love to see Froch step-up and muller Cleverly. But everyone knows Warren is only calling him out because he knows the fight wont happen, Froch clearly has far bigger options.

im not so sure about miranda being the best fighter either has faced
hes the biggest name but i think there are one or two on cleverlys record who would probably handle him nowadays
against bellew miranda was just shit
p.s. it sounds like i am shouting for clev over bellew, i prefer bellew and would suport him in a rematch
i am just saying warren is just doing his job and promoting his fighter

He isn't doing a good job though as most will see this for what it really is. Fighting tomato cans who haven't done anything is not really doing anything for Clev's career. Fighting Miranda, a well known named opponent gets Bellew alot of attention. Eddie Hearn is doing his job promoting his fighter, because Bellew lost to Clev, doesn't have a belt and yet most people rank Bellew higher. How does that work?

you are probably right
bellew has done a lot more since they fought
i dont think theres anything wrong with calling out froch tho

There is when it isn't serious and it's just attention grabbing. Warren is critical of Froch for looking to fight Kessler instead of Cleverly, yet he couldn't fight Cleverly now because Nathan has to fight Krasniqi or he'll be stripped. It's all well and good calling someone out but if they don't fight you, you've got to go out and fight someone decent or the fans will see you as a fraud. Anthony Mundine is the ultimate example of this.
