HBO: Martinez vs Murray, Arreola vs Stiverne.... Saturday night fight thread

Decaire is getting ready to go I think.

Decarie I should say. My FC friends would have my head.

Interesting that it was only for 10. That Decarie certainly has some chin.

Beginning with the main event.

I know almost nothing about Murray, does he have a chance here? Personally, I think Martinez is fading fast and is a KO waiting to happen.

He's solid. I thought he beat Sturm. He's behind Barker and Macklin cause he lacks pop but he's coming tonight to win. I really like Martinez but I cant help but cheer for Murray at the same time.

I feel the same way. I have a ton of respect for Martinez, but it's hard not to cheer for the underdog.

Michael Buffer outstanding tonight. :)

How ironic if Martinez who had to travel to the UK to get work and beat up a string of Brits got old and lost to one in his back yard.

He's looked old in his last couple fights, but I don't know if Murray can exploit it.

Smart fight from Murray so far. I think it's a solid bet that a 38 year old Martinez might gas down the stretch.
