Your sarcastic list has a very good chance of coming true, much more so than the thread-starter's list.
He ain't fighting alvarez, pacquiao, nor khan. He would do the danny garcia and tim bradley fights.
Re: Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s next 5 fights- in no particular order!
Robinson fought bigger men as he was that good, you can't say the same for Floyd.

I said 147 Master. I know he fought all the way to Maxim losing on the stool in a fight with 2 refs at 175 but he is listed by many as the best welter that ever lived and in his welter days he did the same thing Floyd is doing. Making a mockery out of all comers.
Re: Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s next 5 fights- in no particular order!
His next 5 fights will take him into 2015 so i will reserve judgement on fights 4 and 5 as i don't think we can see that far ahead. I can see a Canelo fight, maybe a Bradley if he beats Marquez and there is still the possibilty of a Pacquiao fight. IMO he wins all three easily. Apparently he will be ready for September action again so does that mean Canelo or will he fight a Garcia? Perhaps he is already looking at Canelo for May next year? Khan has no chance of getting a Floyd fight unless Floyd wants to go to England and put on a clinic? At 36 years of age he still looks sharp and by round 3 of this fight he was in cruise control, i don't see any of the above mentioned prospective opponents troubling him. Is Broner a chance?

Mayweather has already stated that Pac-man is IN. For sure. Even if he has to take a pay cut- which he doesn't have to, because his money through Showtime is guaranteed.
So be careful of how you say these things!

Mayweather says stuff all the time that isn't true, nor even based in reality for that matter...
Re: Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s next 5 fights- in no particular order!
If Broner were to win, could he be more annoying than Floyd. That would be the only time I would actually root for Floyd. Do you think Canelo is ready? I think he needs more time. Floyd would probably want him sooner rather than later. I do not think I could take Floyd and Khan running around the ring together. How much of Floyd's greatness can be attributed to the quality of his opponents. No doubt he is a great fighter but how many great fighters has he fought.

How many fighters are not looking so great against Floyd? Guerrero is no bum, but he was completely outclassed. He isn't alone.
Re: Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s next 5 fights- in no particular order!
i think floyd should fight martinez next at 160. floyd should come in at 146 and would dominate martinez and win by late ko. easy fight for floyd. retirement money for martinez. win win situation.
Re: Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s next 5 fights- in no particular order!
Its not the biggest and brightest but its a safe bet he will fight the winner of Ishite Smith v Carlos Molina within 5. These are ones you keep tucked in your sleeve...all others mentioned have clauses and things in the works
For his projected time frame they cannot all be barn burners but he'll pick up a trinket from either and coin none the less. We're talking five fights for Floyd...thats 1,3 years

You crazy if he could not stop Guerrero he will not stop Sergio.

But Showtime's money is pretty much locked in. If anything, it's Bob Arum and Showtime that have to wrangle over the contract- not Floyd and Arum.
So there goes the idea that Bob Arum may have an excuse to not put one of fighters up against Floyd- Floyd has already secured his contract and has agreed, regardless, how much money he is expected to get.
Everyone else has to deal with Showtime and work around the deal they gave Floyd.

Martinez is old and shot. He resembles an aged RJJ. He's lost his speed, reflexes, timing, balance... He's pretty much custom made for Floyd now. Floyd would shred him.
Floyd would not beat Murray never mind Sergio, they are too big.
