Haha if you knew me I'm far from your description. But it's an Internet forum so i couldn't care less what your opinion is of me. I did answer your question though, vagely I admit but I did still answer the question. I wasn't trying to cause any shit, I have never had an argument with anybody on this forum (maybe VD) but he loves the banter ;)! So seriously can you get over it is the question? Because I can, or are you going to carry on being bitter?

Calm down children, let's keep it civil.

Anyhow, to bring the thread back on topic, I think little fury should develop slowly for now, baby steps, and give him another year or two gradually increasing the standard of competition aiming for commonwealth in a year to 18 months, and maybe British title in another year.

Yeah theres no need to rush hughie cuz he can have a good long career if matched correctly but I think he wants to beat Tyson record and be the you gets champ ever so thats why he is so active and they want to match him competitively.

Hughie looks much better than His cousin did in his first few fights and his balance and coordination is better than furys is now. Doesnt seem to be a complete spaz like his cousin either so I hope he does well

I am glad it is on channel 5.

I've read nobody wanted to fight hughie and Shane wanted the fight because he has fought Tyson in the amateurs and he's looking for a fight. I can only think it would end up in a bad way Mcphilbin though !

I'm Going to have to start trying to do this on twitter, was weird cos one guy posted a tweet saying how Shane Mcphilbin - hughie fury would be a good fight and then i tweeted back saying no Shane is a small cruiserweight and hughie would batter him and then Shane replied said he's fought bigger people before, then his fans started giving me abuse, Then a few days later the fights signed on channel 5 haha.
