Before I go to the book maker can you tell us if it was part of the Canelo KOING Floyd dream ,
cheers Brock ;D
Yes, you owe me 15 Guineas :-\ ;D
Pacquiao will stop Rios Early. To say Rios is one dimensional is to do a disservice to the letters on this page. He has no idea, and not many brain cells left with which to learn another way to fight. To risk further compromising his ability to string words of more than one syllable together he needs to stfu with his lame jokes about other peoples disabilities and start concentrating on upping his game and learning how to utilise some kind of basic defensive skill set.At this stage being knocked out in the final trilogy fight with Alvarado is pretty likely, being stopped by somebody, however battle worn, of Manny's character is almost an odds on certainty.
Re: Got the feeling Pac will be KO'ed again brutally
Remember when Margarito was going to fight Manny and they showed the pre fight show, they had Rios as the clown in Marg's camp. Who would have thought a few years later he would be the one fighting Pacquiau.

Rios is a giant sponge and has shown it sticks on him, no defense, no imagination or second gear and he has the midsection of a softish mid century pin up girl. The Manny that was in early with Marquez should be sharp enough and on another level and pick Rios apart...if Alvarado boxes you and leaves you in lurges, come on man...but anything less and coming in with his huge melon in the clouds and not focused and I wouldn't rule anything out. Not digging but its not new for Manny to have been sparked out, and he more than came back from that..just never has he fallen from such a high mount.
Agreed. I dont see Manny's career ending well just because of the way he fights. Once it all starts to go downhill its not going to be pretty. It would not surprise me to see him stopped by people that could not carry his jock 2 years ago. I hope he gets out before that happens.

This would make for an interesting thread: Best Comeback after Brutal KO Loss
Off the top of my head: Julian Jackson brutally KO'ed Terry Norris. But Norris went on to KO The Beast Mugabi...thus beginning a rather impressive reign as JrMW Champion.
Re: Got the feeling Pac will be KO'ed again brutally
Pacman is done. There will be no Floyd fight, he will be very lucky to get through this fight.
Re: Got the feeling Pac will be KO'ed again brutally
Pac either gets knocked out or does just enough to escape with a decision.. im betting on the latter.
Rios is too slow and basic to win imo. Of course he can win through sheer will but Im guessing that pac still has the speed to beat him to the punch.
Re: Got the feeling Pac will be KO'ed again brutally
Rios is no Marquez. He has to get to Manny to wear him down. With his slow hands, lack of one punch power and lack of head movement, He'll get cut to ribbons on the way in.
