He had Ward holding on and hurt in the last two rounds and gave Calzaghe one of his hardest fights. He's just beaten an undefeated prospect that KOed Boone inside a single round whereas Adonis Stevenson took 6 the fight before he smashed Dawson:rolleyes:

Periban is shit and if it wasnt for Bikas cheating he probably would have lost. Bika is tough but thats it. The best opponent he beat was Manfredo Jr and he aint that good. Well to be fair Trinidad was out boxed by the elites and they were pretty one sided. As for getting handed gifts the Oscar fight was a pretty big gift but yea i say Trinidad was not coddled at least.
