Diaz is actually looking good, still has good speed, and those body punches are sick, a few more of these types of fights and he might be able to make a legit run at a title at 135 or 140

I've got the replay of Marquez-Bradley, thought they were showing Diaz as co main. Well thats its not because on paper he has a can o' tomato in front of him??

Santiago putting up more of a fight than he probably should be, and Juan Diaz isn't looking as good as he wanted to be looking against this guy.

I think the British commentator is going over the top with the 'If Diaz cannot finish him, then maybe it means there are question marks blah blah blah'. So what? A fighter with a poor record will sometimes raise their game because it is a massive opportunity. It was a fun fight, Santiago has his story, and Diaz wins by a massive margin. Diaz looked alright, nothing special, but workman like and professional.

My lord he was never a puncher to begin with and 2 years retired. This shit cracks me up.

Be interesting to see who they try to feed Diaz to, helluva grinder and good guy but its clear what role he is being lined up to play. Long road back with that style, long.

I think the next step needs to be someone in the top 10. At least step it up and see if you can or can't handle it.
