Call Centre

I am addicted to this now. Nev's leadership style is unconventional but seems effective with the people he has.

They had a fat bastard club for people to lose weight = better health better mentality to sell.
He teased a person who was ginger and stuttered = if they could take the abuse they could sell and not take things too personally.
Nigerian accountant needed his signature so he had a race with him = staff watched and build a good rapport.

Proper planning prevents piss poor performance :)
