Thats right Tyson Fury!
If it hadnt been for Haye he would have been a pay per view headliner.
He is the only heavyweight out there that can draw a crowd and get peoples attention.
Hate to tell ya Ross but Haye was the reason that was PPV not Fury.
Yeah... Sure it was which is why the Charr fight was selling so well that he cancelled...
It also doesnt change the fact that Fury is the last active heavyweight to be regarded as payper view, twice in fact!

whether british boxing fans are gullible or not @ross cant be likened to anything like the majority when it comes to opinion
and also a klitchko fan calling somebody gullible is the perfect oportunity scenario for the use of the saying about the kettle and the pot

How am I gullible? What about being a Klitschko fan makes me gullible? The Klitschko's have talent and skill they don't grab a microphone and go all WWE talking shit about everyone and then shrink in the ring like some other heavyweights we've seen.

What iv said is not opinion its fact. Fury is the last active heavyweight to have been scheduled to headline a massive pay per view show that the whole world was actually interested in and Haye cancelled the Charr fight because it wasnt selling.

WWE is a very good scenario to use when discussing klitchko

That's unfair Eric , I mean it's a great achievement to be fighting on a bill against a former world champion , but it got cancelled twice. Almost , nearly but didn't.
That is legacy making stuff right there.

Are you going to answer the question or bitch out?
Re: What hw could be a big star with the WBC belt maybe even get on ppv
It's bleak. If we're talking American both Jennings and Wilder have the personality of wet bread. Lets be honest and not get carried away, we have no idea what happens to a Wilder when someone else brings live skills to the table. Fury is a class clown but he knows how to work it. Unfortunately his first time on U.S tv saw him sound a complete twat and resemble a gloved circus bear fighting Cunningham. No one has a base like a Wlad, and that's a good and bad thing. And why do we want to push for more ppv?

I know right? This is the best thing to happen to boxing in recent years. It's a market correction! There have been some horrendous PPV fights, anything JC Jr has been on for example. But boxing needs to be on regular tv and PPV should be used to coerce HUGE fights to happen and reward fan favorites.

Although without Haye Sky rejected all the replacements to save the bill, right? Fury wasn't big enough to even keep the date.
Will his next fight be PPV?
