Couldn't agree more, the ones you forget are in the ring are the best.

Kenny Bayless is the top referee. When May/Pac goes down, it has to be Bayless in the ring... has to be!!

Two other top tier, GREAT ref's are: Smoger and Weeks.

Honourable mention:

Frank Capuchino and Frank Garza.

Met Joe Cortez a couple of times - nice guy. Second time in a hotel lobby a few hours before Hatton Mayweather fight. Had good chat with him. Told him to "let it keep going when in close and not break too early "
