For once you may be right City have over spent and probably will be fined a record £50 million which will not even hurt them.
FFP is designed to keep a cartel of prestigious European Clubs happy. That's it. It's a joke. I hope City and PSG take Uefa to court.
City and PSG may get kicked out of the tournament for next year.

Neither Fifa nor UEFA have the balls to do that. FFP will only serve to preserve the elite, Southampton for example have billionaire owners, if they wanted to keep all their young stars and invest in genuine class this summer they wouldn't be allowed to because of these silly rules.
Re: How Big is this Super Sunday in UK?
Super Sunday is just a name that Murdoch's people borrowed from American football tv coverage to try and promote Sunday football in the UK. Before Sky (Murdoch, the guy who owns Fox etc in America) bought the rights to show the Premier League live TV coverage had consisted of exactly one game a week shown on Sunday afternoons. And there was so little interest/TV revenue in showing the game that the TV company who had the rights didn't even bother showing the one Sunday afternoon game till after Christmas. Seriously, one game a week but only after Christmas. Unbelievable now.
