It was all in the works yeh. Jump ship, win against Fonfara and keep it all in the family with a Hopkins match. Hope for but think that the egos and politricks will allow a unified champion, not to mention the network clowns will not work together. The wba has already made a stink about "super" champ Hopkins needing to face its "regular" champion. Its ridiculous. Reading these ranking I don't know if I'm in grammar school or buying gasoline.

: Did you notice Hopkins does not talk about Kovalev and neither does Stevenson. I'm sure they both heard his black man rant after his last fight and he does come across as a guy that might wear a gorilla suit to a hockey game when a black man is on the opposing team.
Its also pretty clear to me that Hopkins has some race issues as does Adonis. Not sure on Haymon but it would not surprise me if Kovalev gets FROZEN out.

From what the medias here in Quebec are telling, Hopkins and Kovalev are likely Stevenson's 2 next fights. Anything can happen on boxingplanet but I am pretty sure that this persistant rumor has a lot of truth to it. Would Stevenson win these two fights, Yvon MIchel would apparently have the potential idea to pit him against Jean Pascal, another of the top boxers in his stable. That could be truly a huge fight here in Montreal and a pretty solid one overall.
