Who should Antony Joshua fight for a first real test ?

Worn down by Briggs? ;D a 44 (?) yr old with asthma and notoriously bad stamina who showed terribly energy and explosiveness sparring the distance two fights ago?

A win/circus event doesn't do anything for Joshua. Briggs is a self amused spectacle and little else today when it comes to heavyweight relevance. If Joshua wants 'rounds' he can beat on a heavy bag. He needs guys with ability not simply thick skulls.

We always forget to factor in fighting skill when we talk about young talent going up against older, more experienced fighters. David Price vs. Tony Thompson is a prime example.

I don't think any prospect will want a part of price , if you ko him , then they will argue an old journey man did it , however if price tags you on the chin he can knock most fighters out , he would be mad to fight price. I think put him in with either fury , the pup first then old big gob.

Have to say Im laughing my ass off with some comments on this thread. Worn down by Briggs? Briggs may beat him but if he does it will be in the 1st 3. Price would be good for him? Fury ducked Price for a reason as will any prospect. Seriously guys do you read what youve written before posting?
