Good points. I hadn't though about that. It's probably why I write down a list of things to do each day and plan out my meal timetable. Subconciously I am insecure and at war. That may be so.

You might have seen those neatniks who have this unusual urge to put everything neatly in order; they just won't stop until it's done. These fellas are fighting a real war out there. It's kinda sad to think how a mind can trick a person into believing he's in a war zone when actually there's no bomb or bullets flying around...

Yes I would try and not walk on cracks in the pavement which may have resulted in my bad knees.
