Re: How would you rate Pacquaio in the ATG if he beats Mayweather?
If ever he beats Floyd in a non controversial fight, I think that we would have to rank him somewhere in the top 15, closer to the top 10 IMO. I couldn't say where exactly because there has been soooo many great fighters but anything short of the top 15 is pure madness.

Respect your opinion but I have no problem putting Manny and Floyd in the top ten, yes, it is possible to be fans of both of them. Manny in his prime was stunning and Floyd's defense alone deserves him a top ten.

So your dream Brucelee would be if Floyd had as bigger balls as Kostya had in going to Hattons Home town and decided for legacy reasons he wanted to go to the Philippines to fight Manny, that really would be cementing it down, wouldnt it, one way or another win or lose.
We can dream, it is boxing day today.

I know all this A side, B side might seem bollocks but if I was in floyds position why not have all the home advantages..when your entitled to it?
Agreed, Floyd brings a boat load of money into Vegas during his fights. Floyd estimated with hotels, gambling etc it is a billion dollars. That was Floyd's estimate but whatever it is I'm sure it is a lot of money. Vegas will do whatever it needs to to keep Floyd. Why the he'll would he risk jet lag and home court advantage anyway when he has no reason or incentive to, unless the Prince of Dubai comes up with an outrageous sum.

I would obviously rate Manny the best lb for lb boxer in the world ever and greatest fighter of all time.

Number 17 or maybe 16 if he wins in style. Oh, whatever, it's Christmas....number 15.

Wouldn't he still have to be behind Marquez since Marquez rightly won 3/4? At absolute worst Marquez won 2/4 and the 2 most definitive and last 2. If Pacquiao is the greatest shouldn't he do better and better against a man rather than worse and worse?
He's an ATG, probably top 30 by my estimation. I'd like to see him fight some southpaws and a few other counter punchers because from what I've seen he struggles against counter punching and I'm just curious about him versus southpaws.
Great great fighter. Not sure Manny or Floyd really prove anything against the other they haven't already proven. But let's see the fight!
No I think Pacquiao has edged Marquez most occasions to be honest and I thought that the Marquez KO was a fluke. I think Marquez is a great opponent who could have done much better vs Floyd in different circumstances but I think it's obvious both rank higher than MArquez.
We are talking imo the best defensive boxer of all time (Floyd) vs the best offensive fighter of all time (Pac).
Odds are imo Floyd 30-40%, PAc 60-70% for victory.
I see these odds as being relevant for any time they could have fought really.
