Ah yes! We got a thing going on with the monster punch, it gets us smiling, giggling, high fiveing, hand clapping, foot stomping, giving stiff as a board Marine salutes, and generally feeling good all over.
That is, most of us. Me, I can take it or leave it. I'm Mr Cool. 😎 You know what I mean. I never get over dramatic. Saay maaan, I'm a regular fucking Sammy Davis Jr.
This might be the fight that makes Wilder a future star or proves him to be just another flash in the pan. If & when Stiverne connects on Wilder will he take it or will he fold like so many others in the past. We'll see Sat night
wilder and those skinny ass legs can not take dawgs hard ass punches. plus wilder is sloppy. that sloppy wild throwing horseshit will not work on Stiverne. Stiverne by KO within 6 or 7.
I think it could be over inside 3 rounds , but I have to be honest its a pickem fight for me.
Wilder unproven , Stiverne a solid pro.
Yeah that's exactly what this fight is. The votes are 50/50 right now too!! I'm actually getting more and more excited by this fight the closer it gets, which unfortunately hasn't been the case in the top division for quite a while. The fact that we have a genuine pick 'em fight for a HW strap is fantastic and the sport can only benefit. Seeing the odds though I feel a decent bet on Stiverne coming up!!
I see it as Wilder's fight to do with as he pleases. As long as he stays disciplined, he'll do the job.
I do honestly see Stiverne landing a proper tasty looking left hook behind one of Wilder's jabs though :headscratch:
****EDIT****
No, sod it. I'm calling it... if I see, I have to call it.
Stiverne inside 4. (!!!!)
I think Stiverne wins this but I'm picking the guy I want to win, Wilder. Boxing needs all the help it can get and an American KO artist with even a share of the world championship would be a great help.
Wilder can't lose! AHW WAHHHHH
More hope than anything else but want Wilder to win.
I'm reluctantly going with Stiverne for the simple reason that Wilder does not have enough rounds under him. Team Stiverne knows this and everything they do will be designed to take advantage of this. If they are successful in getting this one into the 6th round, I see Wilder gassing and Stiverne taking him out with something sneaky and sharp ala Arreola.
