Most I can do is speculate as well..maybe PED that allowed Pac to train harder? But as far as for power/muscles- his start at such a small weight simply denies that type of use. Pac was starching fighters since day one.

Yeah definitely that's the big advantage for steroids, being able to train harder longer and staying at your best longer.
Also holding onto muscle mass and keeping testosterone levels high during crazy exertion!

yes he is, kazakstan is in asia, it borders china, I don't know too much about asian boxers but I would be surprised if he is in the top 5 yet but he must be working his way up there.
