Danny Garcia is no Shawn Porter. He's probably a better fighter but he doesn't have that explosive athleticism that Porter has that allowed him to spring in on Paulie and hit him before he knew what has happening. Garcia is not that fast, and that's what makes Paulie a tougher fight for him.
Porter is strong physically but his mechanics just don't translate to concussive punching. That's why he has a low KO percentage for a guy with relatively few top opponents. His KO percentage will drop even more(like everyone's does) when he fights top guys on a consistent basis.
I agree Paulie would be tough for Garcia if he didn't have long term concussion problems. If you watch the NHL or NFL then I am sure you have noticed that the guys that have the month long symptoms, 2 month, 6 month etcetera, those guys get concussed very easy. Brains don't just heal. Paulie is done.
