Another shout out for what must have been the top of the food chain in this category. Unfortunately no film exists but on a damp foggy evening in France in 1909 the world saw Jeanette vs McVey/McVea 3 in a fight to the finish. In all accounts I have come across, it delivered.

Moorer vs Alex Stewart was pretty entertaining among with the Cooper fight called here.
Bert Cooper is why I made that journeyman thread awhile back. An up and comer had to walk through fire if Cooper was the opponent.
