Deep Space "Brain-Wave Blocker" manipulating our thoughts

If so-called scientists can manipulate a canine, by keeping it alive with just a head, then surely there is a chance for greater beings than us earthlings to experiment & observe our reactions to their manipulative-actions, however they choose.
