Have to give Damiani a nod. Sure he floated like a fat hairy Peter Pan vs Mercer but ohhhh what a sweet end on that Ray uppercut.

Nothing wrong with Damiani, he was the man!😂
Although he was exceptionally skilful, would Floyd Patterson come into this category? He wasn't that scary, and didn't Liston put the collywobles up him?
Floyd was a very nice courteous person whereas someone like Sonny Liston was menacing in general but in the ring Floyd Patterson was a dangerous fighter, that left hook he dropped on Ingmar Johansson was BRUTAL.

Damiani the human pastry who pulled a literal turning of the back and waving his hand no mas in his last fight. Yeh next to Liston Patterson seemed like a meek and mild field mouse, but he was dangerous and though he went down often he got up. At least until he couldn't for the most part. Guys like Seldon went down from strong winds and layed there counted dollars ;D

Dwight Qawi
A little cheat here as he wasn't a HW champion but fought at HW and was multi time cruiserweight champion.

Re: Least intimidating heavyweight champion of all time
What about the accountant Kevin Brock? He actually had a bit of talent though.
Joe Mesi never really but the fear of god in me either but I liked watching his fights.

Well Joe Mesi never held any heavyweight title. I was never a Joe Mesi fan per say, but he was in some good exciting bouts, it's a shame he suffered that injury when he did because he was getting ready to get a shot at the WBA title which at the time was held by either Valuev, Ruiz, or Chagaev...and to be honest Mesi would have had a good shot vs all of them.
Baby Joe had some pop in his punch, he was onesided and eventually would have been taken apart by a better boxer (you have to assume) but he was in good fights, I respect the guy, but I knew his limitations.

.
Was Kevin Brock the guy that one of the Klitschkos dropped with one shot? Almost a shy like demeanor. Didn't know he even had a belt, but if that's the guy you're referring to. He had the demeanor of an accountant, alright.
