Flash Elorde
Humberto 'Speedy' Gonzales
Valuev would be the quickest cos for him 100 metres is only two strides.
I think the lightheavyweights are the right size to be for real sprinting
remember 100m sprinter are actually big and long distance are skinny.
For example when I was 8 stone it took me 15 seconds to run 100m now i;m 17 stones and I could do it jus less than 11sec. but I get tired more faster.
8 stones at 16 years old
17 stones at 20years old
I'm into weight training also dream to be a boxer
You put on 9 stone in 4 years? Guess you truly are James Toney..............Quote:

Very few elite sprinters are the size of heavyweight boxers. They are all pretty muscular, but the likes of Mo Greene and Tim Montgomery were never more than about 12st. Asafa Powell is pretty lean and one hell of an athlete, as was Carl Lewis. One of the biggest sprinters in recent times would have been Chambers, but he was barely over 14st at his heaviest, and he was hacked up on steroids.
