Re: Eubank Jr was the most impressive this weekend
Eubank Jr couldn't even beat Saunders. I doubt he beats Jacobs

He did best Saunders in one of the judges eyes though and a large portion of those watching.
Its undeniable that his career in the lead up was not ideal to prepare him for facing a good boxer and mover and its also undeniable that Saunders had a surprisingly good apprenticeship all be it against british and euro level of unbeaten fighters.
Still Eubank pushed him hard and finished the 12 stronger!
Just put it down to a learning fight. Eubank wouldnt have had to do a great deal more to get the win and will get the win in any rematch.
Jacobs is nothing special and apparently cant take a good shot either.
Re: Eubank Jr was the most impressive this weekend
I think we have to be fair Eubank Jr , yes he lost to Saunders , but this weekend he beat Spike O'Sullivan.
However you cant give Jacobs too much credit for his last win and here's why.
The unbeaten Kid Chocolate fought a draw with WBO belt holder Andy Lee - who is fighting Saunders at the weekend - Jacobs surprised many by beating Kid Chocolate inside 1 round. So it is very harsh of anyone to even think that Jacobs even deserves to be mentioned in the same sentence as Eubank JR.
We all know Eubank didn't want to floor O'Sullivan and was just wanting to go as many rounds as possible. , so give Eubank some credit please because people like Violent Demise are being unfair to suggest that Jacobs has a chance against Eubank jr.

I actually agreed with one of the judges and had eubank wining by two points. Saunders knows he got lucky and no way agrees to a rematch if he beats Lee

Spike, Saunders etc had no problem connecting so it will be interesting to see what happens when someone with a bit of a crack lands one on him.
Apparently OSullivans power is up there. Master reckons he did some power punch test thing.
Edit, sorry it wasnt master it was Tam!

eubank still needs experience though
he only has 3 names on his record that you could call decent and he lost one of those
I meant i'd give Jr a "chance" against any middleweight apart from Golovkin (who would kill him). Whether or not he wins I don't know. Jacobs, Lee and Canelo are the other belt holders. He's not a big underdog against any of them.

Re: Eubank Jr was the most impressive this weekend
Eubank was quality against Spike because he threw power punches throughout the fight and did not stop. Those uppercuts were brutal. Eubank has improved since Saunders in the sense that he is more confident he can go 12 hard rounds.

His fitness is phenomenal!
He beats Blackwell then Jacobs and Golovkin has a real test on his hands!
And before I get shot down for being ridiculous just remember what you all said about my opinion on Fury;D

At this moment in time triple G rips Eubank but give it a year or two and then it will be a good close fight.

"You all said?" You was arguing with a few of your fellow Saddo pals ross. You wasn't the only person that picked, or wanted Fury to win.
You said Fury would KO Wlad with ease. He won a boring unmemorable pitter-patter fight on PTS. Nobody can shoot you down as you live in a world of your own.
