Hell, yes. The problem I have with it is that he's not even throwing a punch where it could be construed that the movement of his head is connected to the motion of a punch he was throwing. Exactly. There was no intent to throw a punch. It was rocket head launch.... then grab. B.S. move that should have cost him an immediate point deduction and some money to boot.
