That's just me though, I'm a bit of a idiot
To each their own.
I think that it just doesn't make financial sense to prohibit marijuana...look at the money spent and lives lost/ruined in the War on Drugs vs how much the government could rake in on taxes in having it legalized....Washington, Colorado, Oregon, they are extremely well off in terms of state taxes now
Re: Your Nation's worst Drug problem(s)
The one thing that is imo bad about marijuana is the use of blunt wraps. Good green mother earth...then many wrap in toxic tobacco wraps.
I think this or next generation will inherit cancer.
I am guilty of it...but i foolishly blamed the lack of good weed making it to Wisconsin. Ganga Green I had in Atlanta. .one hit..whew!!! Had to back up off it.
Now they got these fruity flavors ...just killing the taste of good green. In just paper. .. You dont have to light it...just a gentle pull ....mmmmm 'dis dat shat!!! Fire it up!
Grape blunt cherry blunt watermelon..what next? Chicken and dressing blunt? Get high and satisfy your munchies all in one hit I guess...:stonedsmilie:
Re: Your Nation's worst Drug problem(s)
I worked for many years with addicts. People start for different reasons but for some it becomes an all encompassing thing effecting all aspects of life ah I'll talk on it more later I'm tired
Re: Your Nation's worst Drug problem(s)
I dont mind admitting I was and still am afraid to try the hard stuff. Cocaine, Heroine. Never seen acid, LSD and those photos of meth mouth users? Damn ...
Re: Your Nation's worst Drug problem(s)
My gripe is with so many commercials geared toward heroine users.
We have a campaign add where some candidate is accused of not supporting heroine treatment programs. Treat it like crack. Incarceration.

I think that's where I draw the line when you hear the 'legalize drugs' line in regards to actual drug effects and crime revolving around those two specifically. I've seen people beat to a pulp for street level rocks or a quick fix. I have not seen two stoners ever come to blows over a nickel bag of bud. Though there are those who treat it as such :-X. Edibles as far as pot can be very similar to lsd in quantity. I'm on the side of treatment rather than incarceration and asinine mandatory minimums in some possessions as with low level it is really just delaying a criminal act and addiction reboot. The irony is I know someone who kicked heroin and simply described withdrawal as a prison cell. Honestly with acid I wouldn't recommend that to my enemies and can have the highest high or the most terrifying low.
Re: Your Nation's worst Drug problem(s)
I agree. I admit I am heartbroken over so many who went to jail for crack. No politicians uttered. treatment.
So many robberies as you say beatdowns just to answer that raging addiction. Lives families communities ultimately cities brought to heel as a result.
2001 ..we witnessed our government allocate 43 million to the Taliban to curb cultivating opium.
Our government called it a success. One year later we learned Taliban murdered their competition. ..now that drug has gained easy access to users globally.
And quietly suburbs..... nation wide ravaged by the ease to get it. Now....we must look at illicit drug use with passion.

At least a first step with long term payoff. Now if you violate terms or fail to participate in ordered treatment then you burn the bridge. Its almost a chicken or the egg syndrome with some drugs and crime.

Only paper I used were Ezwiders. The things were as big as bedsheets ;D and I have the finger dexterity of a sedated guerilla so I needed all the help I could find. Never big on papers, just seemed to get the room high as you say. Stuck to a simple boxed one hitter or a binger when the clouds were plentiful :-X
Re: Your Nation's worst Drug problem(s)
Legal drugs must be pretty high up there. Things like vicodin are very addictive and there is a lot of money to be made in products like those. Apparently white housewives are losing years of life expectancy in the states because they have become legal junkies. I can't say I blame a lot of people for turning to substances. In an insane system I imagine people need to live in a distorted reality just to cope. I blame central banks and television for the problem. Drugs are a means of control and the system knows that people popping pills and drinking is a way to stop them thinking. That and sports and dumb reality television. Baaah baaah baaah.
Re: Your Nation's worst Drug problem(s)
If we put one dealer in prison five more will take his place and the problem is still there. One dealer kills another because he's on his street corner. If all drugs were legal there would be no black market no dealer and no murder. Other places has tried it and it works. In the U.S. we have more people in prison than any other country in the world. 62% of them for soft drugs. Who are these people. These are people who's only crime was being poor. Now we have prison for profit where the rich get richer. By putting people in prison is a money maker.
