Pacman is and always will be your quintiessential (if that is the right spelling) underdog. He is always the shorter lighter guy in his fights. Heck even that mofo Nicholas Walters rehydrates up to 148 pounds in his fights and that folks is pretty much Pacquiaos fight night weight. People like Stephen Smith regurgutates names like Errol Spence and some Brook for the fact that both of those guys are pretty much a natural 154 pounder. Also, he fights bigger guys because it's easier for him. He is an anomaly in that he brings his speed and power up with him (because of PEDs IMO), so he has some huge advantages over his opponents. He has a lot more trouble fighting smaller guys.
