What I've seen of Hurd is pretty good. Poor Jo Jo looks like he just woke up ??? Hopefully Hurd is pushed.

Hurd punching through him like he was made of wet newspaper. Like the way Hurd churns punches on the inside.

Hurd looks fairly good but really he is fighting someone who looks to be at least 2 weight classes below him :S the size difference is huge

Hurd a bit lackadaisical in spots though. WTF was that??? Hurd needs to tighten up and execute. Dan should get a fookin bonus for taking that nut shot

This looks to be a pretty pointless fight to me, dan wasn't even a champion at the lower weights and the size difference is so big I don't see what hurd is learning from this fight, although i think they said dan was a replacement but still I don't see this as being useful for hurd.

Hurd has left his jab in the cab tonight. Don't like seeing the assumptions made by young guys with all the advantages. Giving up too much skill to load up and sloppy. Then again he is hammering Dan into the ground overtime.

Kind of fight where a hyped fighter can learn bad habits and become incorporated into approach later with better comp. Needs to press get it over

corner stops it... good choice, dan isnt a donkey he was just way undersized in this one, I don't think this did hurd much good at all. Jo jo dan fought very bravely though hats off to him.

As they go to commercial "Sure Garcia has a fight up next but when we come back we're talking Garcia-Thurman" ;D

Man, I had a feeling fights we're aired tonight. Something told me to come to this forum as soon as I woke up this morning, and in regretfully didn't.

Hate that I missed the Hurd fight. I just tuned into the main event at the end of the 1st round.
