Re: Tyson at 53..x3 rounds anyone?
The old Tyson had a young mans style. 3 round exhibitions is fine. But if he or Fenech is thinking of going beyond that.... we may as well modify that old saying a little to Every retired fighter feels like they best shape of their life till they get punched in the face. All it is takes is that first crack for you to remember why you retired. No disrespect to Mike, mind you i've always been a fan... but i believe he knows better than to test the waters for a comeback. Fight a few exhibitions , earn some money for charity. Preach the healing power of Cannabis and promote his ranch and maybe get some dispensaries in his name and let that be that.
Re: Tyson at 53..x3 rounds anyone?
Part of me wonders if he'd be a good trainer, but hell I think he'd have been doing that by now if that's what he really wanted to do.
Re: Tyson at 53..x3 rounds anyone?
so do we think mike can beat sonny bill?
Re: Tyson at 53..x3 rounds anyone?
Thread was very much tongue in cheek guys..it’s exciting in itself seeing Mike loose weight..lol
George won the world title at 46..perhaps the added fear factor (Once in the ring) would dismantle AJ Mindset for the first 30 seconds of Round 1 and then BAM BAM it’s over..The NEW..Lol.

I think Tyson does not want to embarrass himself.

If fans of any sport have proven they love a good circus it's boxing fans. Months of no action, the history and legends established..I think if they put it on in huge relaunch Vegas type thing people will tune in. Exhibition only that is :-X
Re: Tyson at 53..x3 rounds anyone?
The Brownsville Bomber struggled went 2-3 in his last 5 fights, and that was 15 years ago..........

Re: Tyson at 53..x3 rounds anyone?
Sports & Entertainment media sure are entertaining this. So much positive: Tyson looking mean, ripped, fit. I'm thinking, isn't this the same dude that has had a joint in his mouth for the last year? He is still volatile, temperamental & 53 years old.
