I didn't really mind Lewis being there...he definently is the most respectful player that they could have put on there...I'll give him that.
Agreed. Love the fact that Kellerman is going to be on with the gang.
I know that a lot of people diss him...but he's pretty knowledgeable when it comes to boxing & sports period. He's got one hell of a personality also.
Give him a bottle of scotch & we got our next Merchant. ;D
I also found Lewis boring... but he is a respectable figure head. I personally enjoy Foreman a little more. I also enjoy Emanuel Stewart.
Is Kellerman the young guy... spiked hair? If so, I think that guy is great. Knowledgeable, and keeps you listening.
Re: Lennox Lewis now a regular on HBO. Why????
Kellerman is the Ryan Seacrest... And yeah Lennox was really bad.. Roy Jones really was good, especially in hindsight, he really knew what he was talking about and was empathetic and fair to both fighters.. MUCH more than most commentators can say. I mean really, anyone can just call the action, you need a personality on the show, and someone with the experience in the ring.. I thought Shannon Briggs did a really good job on FNF, not that he's a possibilty for HBO not enough ppl know him, but he would be a good pick imo..

I loved how Roy could compare a connection to himself with any fight ;D That was his gimmick :) Roy was good for it.
Re: Lennox Lewis now a regular on HBO. Why????
Alot of times he didn't comapre himself... what are you talking about? Lots of times I thought he did well in not comparing people like PBF to him in terms of accuracy, speed, and stuff even though he knew he was faster. Its a hard thing to do is hear people complement someone else on something when you were so much better than the one complemented at the same thing. Roy had more knowledge than anyone so far who has been a talk person. I also think Mayweather would be great because he knows more about boxing than even Roy.
