MANFREDO CAN BEAT ANY SMW ECCEPT CALZAGHE

LOL... HE'S BEEN BLOGEONED A FEW TIMES... HE HAD A LITTLE BIT OF A WAR WITHT THE VETERAN FRANKIE RANDALL... AND YOU MAY BE RIGHT ABOUT HIM BEING AN ACID TEST FOR YOUNG FIGHTERS BUT FOR SOME REASON I SEE A SPARK IN HIM SINCE HIS FATHER RELINQUISHED THE REINS AS TRAINER... I'VE BEEN WATCHING HIM FOR YEARS AND IF HE HAS COME THIS FAR IN 3 YEARS... WELL HE HASNT REACHED HIS CEILING YET AND I DONT SE HIM HITTING IT IN THE NEAR FUTURE... ALOT OF YOU ON THIS BOARD JUST KNOW HIM FROM THE CONTENDER AND TO USE THAT AS A BEROMETER IS WRONG...

Manfredo has heart and anyone with heart and a good chin can be difficult for anyone to beat

Sergio Mora is ranked 11 on the WBC

Manfredo won his second fight against Mora, but the judges saw it differently. No one would doubt that there was something seriously fucked with the results of that show

Sergio has never had a fight over eight rounds in his entire life

Now I'm no mathematician, but when you look at the numbers:

(Manfredo = 12 World) > (Mora = 11 WBC) = 12/11 = Manfredo > Mora = 3.14r^2 = Manfredo = Best Super Middleweight of the life

But seriously, Manfredo is good. He has some definate potential, but he needs some time.

But seriously, I wouldn't give Manfredo a shot to beat Allan Green or Chad Dawson, much less Lacy or Kessler.

Manfredo is a young fighter going places right now. Where those places are we just dont know yet. ;D I think he is on the right track, seems to have a durable chin and heart, which can sustain him in most fights. Give him a couple of years and then we can see where he really belongs. He will probably get a title shot in the next 2 years.

Everybody cracks on him for being a game show contestant, but it has done wonders for his bank account. And it has allowed him to do things in boxing that he may not have been able to do otherwise. Main fight at Ceasars Palace, main fight on espn, Roach as his trainer, these are some of the things that he most likely would not have the pleasure of if it where not for that show.

It's my opinion that the majority of the 28 men that Kessler have knocked out are better fighters & have fought better fighters than the reality show star Manfredo.

I mean come on now...the kid's 25 & 3 with 10 or 12 knockouts & two of his losses came to Mora...another Game Show Host with boxing gloves on.

You don't expect me to take him seriously because he just KO'd Pemberton do you?

That's the only name on the guy's record that really merits mention.

Coz the americans got the contender first i heard people rave about manfredo...then i see him fight and i just said "What the fuck?". The guy aint great at all.....lacy and danny green would knock him out in one round. He comes with his shoulders square to his opponent and the last thing you want to give a big hitter is more of a target.

Taylor, Lacy, Danny Green, Allen Green, Codrington, Mundine, Kessler, Beyer, Winky, B-Hop, Abraham, Soliman, Sturm all off the top of my head would beat Manfredo tomorrow IMO. Theres probably another 5-10 fighters that would do it at MW/SMW easily.

Thoses fights are over a year old. Manfredo has been working with Freddy Roach for about 9 months now, and his style has changed a bit since. So you cant take those fights to gauge him very well.

as long as he hasnt fought em you never know for sure 8)

We forget Lacy has a Iron chin as well, we saw that against JC and a heart the size of all out doors lacy would crush him he dosent stop coming forward and unfortunately a lacy win dosent do much of anything to redeem him from the JC fight...and Robin Reid to has 2 good of a chin to go against light hitting Manfredo and reid has to much experience for manfredo Lacy Ko inside of 3, Reid KO inside of 9 with a chance of a split decision
