PBF kills big punchers like Emanuel Agustus, Corrales, N'Dou, Gatti!!
Margarito is bigger, stronger and throws more leather with more power in each shot than anyone there..... Floyd does not have the speed he did@140 and he likes to plant his feet more, well,do that against Tony...he's a dead man.

Cintron was just outclassed but then again Cintron has never fought anyone good, he just beat up people who he was expected to beat.
Never takes risks...Cintron was ko punching machine, the new "tito",people only belittle him now because Tony destroyed him and the funny thing is,I can guarantee most predicted a Cintron Ko but Tony took what he had and just walked through him! Margarito may not fight A grade opponents but there are plenty of unbeaten hungry,YOUNG opponents and yeah Shotgun had 10 losses, but if you want to go back that far,he also took PRIME MOSLEY the distance and whenhe fought Tony,he had not lost for 8-9 years.

I highly doubt Floyd will "embaress" Margarito, out of all Floyd's tall opponents, with whom he admittedly shares various characteristics,Tony is most like a Castillo, rugged, tough hardcore mexican and although not as skilled,he makes up by throwing twice as much leather and being even more rugged! Let me remind you that Floyd fan or not(I am a Floyd fan but first and foremost a boxing fan),Jose bust PBF in the first fight, broken hand or not,ANYONE who saw the fight knows JLC won by 3 rounds at least.
I agree with your last point though, that figure is ridiculous, there is no basis on fact for that sum and second, you are DAMN right,wh should Oscar share woth Floyd, most are there to see Oscar!!

One thing you forgot to mention is that Floyd has only fought at 147lbs twice and both fighters were soutpaws, so of course the training for these two were a little bit different than would be the case of the conventional style fighter. I think at 140 or 147 is PBF at his best. I am sure when Mayweather fights the right type of fight at 147lbs he will do fantastic. His defense was still on point when he was fighting Mitchell and Judah.

Cintron was not expected to beat Margarito, just by looking at cintrons record you could tell he was just a big puncher and never had fought any skilled oppenents that pushed him to the limit. 24 wins 22KO's.. come on. Just like this other guy Mayweather fought, Phillip N'Dou, 31 wins, 30 KO's. That's impressive but, if you are just fighting below average oppenents then it means nothing. I watched all the interviews and other people who analyzed the fighters, and bottom line...Cintron was in trouble~!!!

I have been watching boxing for a long time, and Yes, Margario throws alot of punches, but so did Deigo Corrales and what did Floyd do to beat him.... Just moved all night and kept Corrales on quiz street. No one would ever guessed that Corrales would be so overmatched and outclassed because Corrales was a big puncher that Killed almost all the good fighters prior to moving up to 135.
Margarito is bigger and stronger and I did see the first JCL fight and I felt it was closer to a draw than anything. They gave it to Mayweather and that's that. Floyd's first fight at 135lbs and he fought for the WBC title and Ranked # 1 Jose Luis Castillo.. Won, although people felt he lost, so they had a rematch and PBF sealed the deal. Castillo is good, Mayweather has nothing to be ashamed of, even if the win wasn't as impressive as people thought it could be. Ever since that Floyd has been rolling through all his oppenents.
Eventually Floyd will fight Margarito and shut everyone up... Floyd does his best against bigger guys like Margarito.....If it takes a former super Featherweight to move up to Welterweight to stop this big Mexican Monster at 147, then Floyd will do it. He'll win and then Margatio can move up to 154 or 160lbs. and see if his size matters there.
Thank for the challenge, I love it!!!
Re: Pretty Boy to earn $23 million...
The "big money" is still in US pay per views..a Mayweather-De la Hoya match-up will push the 100 million mark easy....The US simply has more households....
Re: Pretty Boy to earn $23 million...
I havr to go in a sec but I'll just adress your last few points and bro,I mean no disrespect, your points are as valid as mine, cool?
Chico Corrales...that fight...bad bad example! Chico throws nowhere near as many as Tony, and you count his punch stas, did he throw more than 20 a round? Did he even manage 100 in whole fight?!? Tony will pass that by round 3! Also,Chico relies on 1 big shot and had nooo jab,Tony will let the leather rip and has a good jab too,to stabilize Floyd. I just totally disagree with the Corrales analogies and heck you watch Chico against Castillo and look at the punishment he took there,100 times more than he took from Floyd and he only went down in the 10 th! That was not Chico, everyone knows that and not to say Floyd would not beat him again because he would but certainly not in that manner!
Difference between Ndou and Cintron,Contron was expected to walk through Tony and I recall browsing websites at the time and reading predicitions and most said KO Cintron! Anyway, that was not my point, point was Cintron was seen as dangerous Tony fought and crushed him and was given no credit. Mayweather fought and beat Ndou and he was lavished with praise!
Floyd does do well against bigger guys but he has never faced the power of Margarito and rest assured he will get caught by Tony,it's how he will react that I am interested in.
Margarito is many things, but conventional he is not. He will catch Floyd with a shot that FLOYD does not see coming....what happens then,I don't know....hopefully Tony will Ko Floyd!

I agree, Corrales was a different fighter that night against Mayweather but the way the fight was going, I doubt he would beat Mayweather at 135lbs. Corrales got Knocked down 5 times in that fight and those were the first knockdowns of his career. In the 3rd bout of Castillo vs. Corrales, Corrales will either be Knocked out again or lose by UD. There is no way that he can beat Castillo, he was losing the 1st fight up until he caught Castillo. Chances are it won't happen again.
I have seen about 12 or so Maragrito fights, he does throw alot of punches, but he won't be able to do that against PBF. Floyd will move all night, and with defense like what floyd posses, it doesn't matter what style you bring into the ring, Floyd will adjust. For Floyd's size he surely can hit pretty damn hard!! I think people overlook is power because of his boxing skills and speed, defense... He does hit hard, he was hurting Gatti with those body shots.

Sorry but from what I seen, I already knew Margatio was gonna win this fight with Cintron. Cintron has KO'd alot of below average fighters, but let them put Cintron in the ring with a good Welterweight and see where he goes....Straight to the canvas. He has alot to learn in boxing, just like Miguel Cotto. You just don't take on fighters that have that kind of experinece early in your career. Especially when Cintron wasn't that skilled of a fighter himself. Just because you have alot of KO's on your record, doesn't mean anything unless it is against someone good.
Let's be honest, Margarito doesn't really belong at 147lbs, he's probably the biggest welterweight out there right now... But I think Maragrito knows that he will have trouble against bigger oppenents. Well, if he can keep making 147lbs, then that's good for him. I know Mayorga was a Animal at 147lbs, but he had problems making weight, so know he is at Super Welterweight handling business.
Re: Pretty Boy to earn $23 million...
Check this out, since you feel Kermit cintron is that good of a fighter, they should feed him to Mayweather as tune-up fight, because he is the #2 rank IBF welterweight, and let's see how long it lasts before Cintrons corner jumps into the ring to save his life. Just like Buddy McGirt did for Arturo Gatti. Fighters like Cintron are so common in boxing. They have a decent winning streak and when they get their first loss, they get embarassed..Example, Diego Corrales, Felix Trindad, Fernando Vargas, etc...I wouldn't have any problems if Cintron lost the fight in a different way, but he looked like he didn't even belong in the ring with Margartio
Re: Pretty Boy to earn $23 million...
Floyd should have taken the fight with Tony. He will beat Tony easy, but chooses to avoid him for a bigger payday. As a Floyd fan I am slightly disgusted. Hatton isn't ready, and mostly everyone else is already booked. I understand the money part, and I understand that Oscar might beat Tony, so Oscar could be a more exciting fight, but Floyd should wipe out the nay-sayers, and out-class Tony, and put the Margarito talk to sleep. Floyd is acting like Lennox started acting, "This guy hasn't done enough to fight me!" Well, noone has, so shut up Floyd, and kick some a**, and eliminate these pretenders.

Aaaaah, but you jump to conclusions. Not once did I mention Kermit was good,I said he was dangerous and anyone with 1 punch KO power is and it is not a matter of comparing what Floyd would do to him, because Floyd's last few opponents such as Zab,Sharmba,Gatti,Margarito would absolutely annihilate!! I just think Margarito can keep the pressure on Floyd, and although een I know that Floyd is favourite,my main objective is just to see the dam fight made! Yes,Margarito is big for a WW but he probably feels comfortable fighting there.I think if he went up to 154 again,he could most except the biggest of those guys, like Santos came to the ring@170 and I think he looked even bigger than that!

I agree with you but I am honest enough to say that Floyd does not have that warrior mentality,he's more about the money! Can you imagine someone calling out an Erik Morales etc,Erik would not wait,he'd beat the crap out of that guy then fight the bigger fish(money wise). I can guarantee you Oscar wants NOTHING to do with Tony,he is a big wimp who remembers when Margarito beat him up in sparring. I am starting to dsilike Oscar,he just sticks his nose where it is not wanted but I sooooo hope Mayorga Knocks him The F out! I read an article a while ago and he said to Floyd not to fight Tony,it was on another site but had no link! I'll try to find it but that SERIOUSLY pissed me off! The bloody Maricon!
