lennox say he don't fight for money but for glory then why he ask for ridiculous amount of money like 50 million pounds to fight vitali, because he know he never get the money
how do you know that?Quote:

Having seen all of Vitali's fights as a boxer except two...I gotta say that your'e way off base.Quote:

the nest 6 rounds or so would hav gone against lewis, since lennox was heavier and would have got
more tired quickly,
klitschko took it easy in the first 6 rounds and had a strategy to get lewis tired and then knock him out.
if klitschko had dominated the early rounds imagine what he would have done in later rounds when he would have taken it seriouisly.
so work out who would have got knocked out, apart from lewis gettin knoc into retirement
lewis beat tyson in 8 th round
well , danny william beat tyson in 5th and mcbridebeat tyson in.... 5th
i guess they're better then lennox if only based no the fact he's beating tyson
everybody knows tyson is not the same fighter anymore after douglas fight
he's a human failure outside the ring and its not even a secret but a public news.
lennox simply couldnt hurt oliver , its true lennox gave his best shot on the face and he's still walking around like he's the only man in the ring.
did you see how lennox didnt have any courage to KO david tua?
he's sooo try hard in the fight againts klitchko , off course i doubt lewis will win the fight if its continue but simply because anybody can cut klitchko easily... there's a moment where he was nearly down ... i was like,... how strong are klitchko punches ?
i dont think he can beat prime holyfield, 80's tyson will sleep him within few minutes. holyfield looks way more tired againts old george foreman then againts lewis. Just look how many punch big george can take .... lewis? only with his good resistance.. he can win the fight ... that's why even he's retired as a champ few people think he's the best. the best ??? i gotta laugh that one
just when lewis becomes respected we get the lewis revisionism....i cant stand revisionism....revision is enough...Quote:

Everyone avoided him including the guys that US fans now say would have dealt with him. A prime Tyson may have been to much for him but I think he had Bowe and Holyfeild's number. I admire Holyfeild but he struggled a lot at heavy in his supposed prime (Moorer, Cooper, Holmes, Foreman) and fought great fights against Bowe and a lesser version of Tyson.
The Klits are good fighters but Vlad has got to be a dominant player in the division for at least another 5 years to be seriously compared to Lewis
Lewis is a REAL CHAMP, and those who don't think so are mostly Klitchko nut-huggers, who know that neither one of them could beat Lewis on their best days, and his worst. Klitchko and Lewis don't belong in the same sentence, much less same boxing class.
Woah people geez, let's all settle down.Quote:

This thread was started by a 12 year old retard or something
In 1984, as the newsletter editor of the BC Amateur Boxing Assocition
it was nice to be able to attend the Canadian Olympic Boxing Teams training site. Of interest, a young Lennox Lewis was there. Although he didn't win a medal in 1984, I knew he was a class act at 18. Four years later, he won Gold in 1988 and the rest is history.
What a great boxer and an excellent champion. For those that don't agree,
it doesn't realy matter.
Your stats just prove that Vitali would have no chance at a prepared Lennox Lewis. Because despite those stats he still chopped Vitali's face up and forced a stoppage. So you just hurt Vitali more then you hurt Lennox lol ;DQuote:

Yet I find it amusing the same people that whine about Wlad clinching don't say anything about Lewis in round 2...hmmmm, I wonder why
A punch is a freak incident ???
No the fact that the punch opened up a cut that large is a freak incident dipshit.Quote:

Had Vitali ever been cut like that before or since then???
oh we're back to "ifs"
If Zab Judah had ducked against Tszyu's right he wouldn't have been knocked out.
If Shane Mosley had leaned back Vernon's uppercut would neverh ave hit him
If Roy Jones had kept his right hand high he wouldn't have been knocked out.
There's a lot of what if's in boxing. You can't just single them to Vitali and give him credit.
Fact is, he didn't, Lennox hit him and opened a gash over his eye and got the stoppage.
Lennox BEAT Vitali despite all those stats and still chopped up his face in two places ;) It was no fluke accident, it was called 'punches' ;)
And if you think that damage was done by Lennox's thumb.. there is something terrible wrong here...

Yes I am ABSOLUTELY 100% SURE the very start of Round 3, Lewis throws a right hand and it GRAZES thumb side on Vitali's eye. Vitali clinches and Lewis puts his wrist right on Vitali's eyelid...not saying it's foul play or anything I'm just saying that's how it happened.
Has Lewis ever cut someone that bad before? Big difference between a BEATING cut ie Mike Tyson's eyes and Vitali's eye.
But go ahead post whatever the fuck you want, I just watched the fight as I was posting this so be my guest, make a fool of yourself.
I just watched the fight too ;) How about you post a vid of that 3rd roun and prove your point and we'll see who's right and who's wrong. And what difference does it make if he's cut somebody like that before ??? Its about timing leverage skin skull and friction. Do you think Margarito is ever going to knock somebodies ear off again ???
Just tried to upload it...it didn't work. Still I stand by my statements
I'm pretty neutral when it comes to Lennox (neither a blinded fanatic, nor a raving hater). And there's a couple of opinions I can safely say are probably shared by many:
1. Lennox was an underachiever. A fighter with his physical skills and size could have done SO much more. But his sometimes lackadaisical attitude toward fighting kept him from achieving true all-time greatness.
2. He WAS the man in his era. If not him, then who? Yes, he lost a couple of fights by KO. But came back promptly each time and avenged his defeats. This ranting and raving and all the sorry-a$$ excuses being made for Oliver McCall's and Rahman's defeats in rematches with Lennox are nonsense. Lennox got some serious payback, pure and simple.
REGUARDLESS
the cut was started by a punch, but it was made bad by lennox putting his palm on vitalis face and pulling it open several times ;)
Are you retarded?Quote:
