Agree, but even as a Hatton fan, gotta add Margarito to that. His power and size would make it very difficult for Hatton at WW. Margarito would fare better than Floyd.

I agree with the notion that Tszyu was still a very effective fighter and showed no signs of slowing down prior to the match. Hatton beat a great fighter fair and square. But Hatton has alot of kinks in his armor and you must admit that the performance he gave against Collazo was poor. At this point him becoming an elite Welterweight is in question? However one fight is not enough to write somebody off, we need to see one more fight from him and then we can see if he belong's in that division. Hatton Vs Gatti would be competitive and a bloody war but niether of them would dominate the action.

Hatton's workrate is too high for Gatti to match at this stage in his career, Hatton would get inside and work the body and head. Gatti gets stopped late or UD for Hatton.

Gatti would be a relitivly easy fight for Hatton.
Gatti has decent boxing skills but you would never call him slick,elusieve or hard to hit.It Gatti tryed to outbox Hatton it would be a long beating over the 12 rounds.
If he made it a war it would be over in 5 or 6 rounds.
Ethier way Hatton would win.
Hatton was not that bad the other night,it is more of a case that Collazo was that good.

Hatton had a very good chin, therfore he wont get knocked out. Hatton is younger and will have better stamina then Gatti so i would take Hatton.

I like mickey Ward too, He was solid enough but to say he was better than 'the great' kosta tyzsu is laughable.
In regards to the whole gatti thing, I cant see him hurting hatton never mind knocking him out, It will be a closer fight than people say (especially us brits) but hatton will win it, this is if it is at 147lb, at 140lb Hatton will KO gatti before the 6th.
