I dont like that photo . Cotto looks ill whilst Paulie Emm is brimming with fighting spunk.

Cotto has got to move up forgot Castillio at lightwelter.

I SOOO want B-Hop to win this , but I don't think he's a busy enough fighter to bother Tarver at any weight let alone coming up to Light Heavy. I tend to think this will be a carbon copy of the Jermaine Taylor fights, what might be Hopkins saving grace is Tarver is not that busy either and coming down nearly 40lbs in weight from his movie role. So I tend to think it will be slow in the beginning and Hopkins will be making Tarver eat lead rights by the late rounds. So it comes down to this if Hopkins can get started earlier than he likes to or steals 1 or 2 of the early rounds he wins by split decision if not Tarver wins by split decision. My official guess is the same as Wacko's though (I too hope I'm wrong) Tarver by split decision.

Oh yeah I almost forgot I got Cotto TKO'ing Malnaggi.

A few years ago I cut 6 pounds and I was fucked for a week, it takes its toll starr believe me, theres no way he'll be 100%

Thinking about it Hopkins may carry the 174lbs better than tarver for two reasons
1. Tarver had to lose a lot of weight in a short amount of time. There may be a consequence to that

2. Hopkins is 41 and generally as an athlete gets older he does go up in weigh and makes the necessary adjustments. I think Hop will probably look strong.

another thing that a lot of people dont remember is that Tarver aint that much younger than B and it aint like Hopkins has be on the decline or slipping drastically ala Jones. Hopkins has fought a big southpaw in his last two fights so i think he may be used to fighting a big southpaw more so he knows what works and what doesnt

Hopkins looked a million bucks on the scales. Tarver looked ready to keel over tbh.
